• Stripping wallpaper throughout the property

• Removal and replacement of all ceilings with new plasterboards

• Installation of partitioning and Dot & Dab insulated plasterboards in extension

• Plastering over existing plaster, brickwork, blocks and plasterboards

• Internal rendering and loft over-boarding

• Installation of angle beads and stop beads for sharp edges

• Application of fibreglass mesh to strengthen weak areas and prevent cracking

• Full house skimming – top to bottom

• Painting and decorating after plastering completion

• Supply and delivery of all materials

• Final clean-up and tidy up
