Scope of Work:

• Supply and delivery of all plastering and plasterboarding materials

• Overboarding of ceilings in two rooms

• Plastering over existing plaster, brickwork and new plasterboards

• Float and set to straighten uneven walls

• Removal of blown plaster where required

• Installation of fibreglass mesh in weaker areas to prevent cracking

• Application of Febond Blue Grit primer to improve adhesion and surface key

• 3–4 mm skim coat applied to all walls for a perfectly smooth finish

• Complete tidy-up after works

Result:

This project involved a full renovation of two rooms, including ceiling overboarding and complete wall preparation. Our team successfully straightened and reinforced the walls before applying a high-quality skim coat, leaving every surface smooth, strong and ready for painting or decorating.
