Scope of Work:

• Supply and delivery of all materials

• Boarding the loft and overboarding ceilings in four rooms

• Removal of wallpaper in four rooms and staircase

• Plastering over existing plaster, brickwork and new plasterboards

• Float and set in the bathroom and kitchen to straighten uneven walls

• Removal of blown plaster where necessary

• Application of Febond Blue Grit primer to improve adhesion and durability

• 3–4 mm skim coat applied to all walls and ceilings

• Full painting and decorating works included

• Final tidy-up, leaving the property clean and ready for use
